About Jamie

Hi, I’m Jamie. Therapist, Herbalist, Holistic Nutritionist, and Nature enthusiast.

I’m a lover of the natural world and believer of the healing power of plants, foods, minerals and nature itself. I'm also an academic and lifelong learner with extensive training and experience in evidence based, scientifically driven approaches to mind/body health. I believe that in order to truly thrive we need to consider all elements and aspects of self and healing including ancestral knowledge, innate intuition, personal experience and scientific innovation and evidence-based interventions. All humans are unique and life is complex. Sometimes we need a compassionate, experienced, non-judgmental ally to help us sort through the complexities of both what we’re born with/into and what we’ve acquired and experienced along the way. Within the lens of bio-individuality, I integrate science, healing arts, and both Eastern and Western medicine philosophy in order to explore root-causes and enhance personal wisdom and understanding for growth and transformation.

This is why I take a holistic, integrative approach to help you find common threads and uncover root causes allowing for a deeper understanding of your individual needs. I practice from the perspective of bio-individuality, and acknowledge that all humans are unique and there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach when it comes to emotional and physical wellbeing. Through integration of psychological, nutritional, lifestyle, herbal and energetic interventions I can help you transform your life from merely surviving to thriving! By cultivating inner wisdom and drawing on the healing energy of plants and the natural world, I will support you in creating balance so that you can be fully present in your life and show up everyday for yourself and your community, with clarity, confidence, and compassion.

On a personal note

When I’m not helping clients, you can find me spending time with my family, seeking solace in nature, practicing yoga, or growing/wildcrafting herbs and transforming them into botanical remedies. I also find joy and comfort in the act of cooking, baking and engaging in fiber and textile arts while sipping herbal tea and listening to an audiobook!
